44 A 48-year-old woman presented with low back pain and foot drop of 1 week duration. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed spondy-lolisthesis at L4-L5 with canal stenosis (Figs. 44-1 and 44-2). FIGURE 44-1 Grade I spondylolisthesis is seen on sagittal MRI at L4-L5. Spondylolisthesis with foot drop L4-S1 decompression and pedicle screw fusion was completed.
