A Woman With Neck and Arm Pain





A 41-year-old woman came with a 10-month history of neck pain radiating to the right arm.


Neurologic examination showed normal mentation and cranial nerves. There was no weakness, but there was diminished brachioradialis reflex on the right compared with the left. Sensory examination was normal. The rest of the examination was also normal. She was referred for an EMG.
