Clinical Features

Variable manifestations, primarily combination of obesity and hypogonadism in childhood or adolescence.

Obesity (85% to 95%); mental retardation (70% to 85%); retinitis pigmentosa (92% to 95%); hypogenitalism, hypogonadism (74% to 86% of males and 45% to 53% of females); polydactyly, syndactyly (75% to 80%); renal dysfunction; hypertension; cardiac, hepatic defects.
